			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family: 'Kozuka Gothic Pr6N L', sans-serif;">the silent inner dialogue is a constant part of everyday concern with yourself. who doesn&#8217;t know pros and cons, yes and no, do and dont&#8217;s or good and bad in front of the mirrror? as well self reflection and analyzing your impression on yourself and on others is visualised with self portraits by using a cable released twin lensed medium format camera with multi exposures. coincidence acts the main part by this: not able to see herself and not knowing how she acts to herself or even if she`s in the right position is only viewable after (personal) development.</span></p>
<p>der stille innere dialog ist ein steter teil in der alltäglichen auseinandersetzung mit sich selbst. wer kennt nicht das für und wider, das ja und nein, mach ich&#8217;s oder besser nicht oder das gut und böse vor dem spiegel? diese selbstreflektion, als auch die wahrnehmung und  fremdwirkung auf sich selbst und andere wurde mittels selbstportaits mit einer zwei-äugigen mittelformat und drahtauslöser visualisiert. die multiplen belichtungen des films forcieren den zufall, der hauptstilmittel ist: sich selbst nicht sehen können, nicht zu wissen, wie sie sich gegenüber verhält oder gar ob sie sich in der passenden position befindet wird erst nach (persönlicher) entwicklung sichtbar.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>on august 17 2012 a suitcase was waiting as bulky waste on a sidewalk in bonn to get picked up. bogi bell walked along the street and was taken with its age and beauty and decided having an airy idea in mind already to take the suitcase back home.<br />
her idea was that this suitcase must travel, because traveling is what he was made for actually and she began to write a concept for this. his travel started just 2 days later on 19 august 2012 when she put him in front of her sisters entry door with a manual inside. with this manual is explained what the one who finds the suitcase in front of his door should do: putting things in, real or ment in a  symbolic or metaphoric way &#8211; something you will protect or maybe hide, then call her to let her know where he is, get photographed with the items, empty him an give him to a person of their own choice. to avoid to long ways she set the limit of 100 km around cologne. for a time every week a person called her to say: i have the suitcase, for another time nobdy called an she wondered if he is still traveling and even she owned it herself because nobody else was found to give to.</p>
<p>exactley one year later the me in a suitcase projects ends on 19 august 2007.</p>

<p>is about the very intimate dealing of bogi bell with her half year hospital stay the st. agatha hopsital in cologne. photography plays a considerable rol in two different aspects for her to handle this expirience. laying in sickbed she uses her iPhone to diary her every day rituals plus her personal surrounding field in order to face the facts between hope and fear in her special situation. in a second stage of editing the pictures she beacme aware of the deep meaning of these photographs beyond the pure documentation. they give her thinking and feeling living in a condition of a totally dependency a real excistance and helpe her to get a self confident handling of her environments.</p>
<p>ist eine sehr persönliche <em></em>auseinandersetzung von bogi bell mit ihrem mehr als halbjährigen aufenthalt im st. agatha krankenhaus köln. in zweifacher hinsicht spielt die fotografie für sie eine erhebliche rolle bei der <em></em>verarbeitung dieses erlebnisses. im krankenbett nutze sie ihr iPhone, um ihre alltäglichen rituale, ihr persönliches umfeld tagebuchartig festzuhalten und somit ihrer besonderen situation zwischen angst und hoffnung ausdruck zu verleihen. in einer zweiten phase der aufarbeitung dieses bildmaterials ist ihr die tiefere bedeutung dieser fotografien jenseits einer reinen dokumentation bewusst geworden. sie geben ihrem denken und fühlen in dem zustand einer völligen abhängigkeit eine reale existenz und helfen ihr, einen selbstbewussten umgang mit ihrer lebenssituation zu finden.</p>
